Important: Service and Shipping Updates During 1/23 - 2/5

Our team will be on vacation from January 23rd to February 5th. To help you understand the changes to our services during this period, we've outlined the following information:
1. Order Processing & Shipping:
Orders placed before the vacation: Orders placed before January 23rd (Including January 23rd) will be processed and shipped as usual.
Shipping during the vacation: You can still place orders on our website during the vacation, but our order processing and shipping will be paused. We will resume processing and shipping orders after the holiday in the order they were received, with shipping resuming on February 6th or 7th.
2. After-Sales Service:
After-sales service suspension: As logistics companies are also on holiday, we will temporarily suspend returns, exchanges, repairs, and other after-sales services. We will process all after-sales requests as soon as possible after the holiday, with processing expected to resume on February 6th or 7th.
Submitting after-sales requests: To expedite the after-sales process, please provide us:
-Electronic receipt
-Shipping address
-Phone number
-Photos or videos (videos are preferred) of the issue when describing the problem
We will send replacement parts as soon as we verify the issue.
Logistics-related: If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us via email. We will address the issue as soon as possible after the holiday.
3. Customer Support:
During the vacation period, our customer support team will be on partial vacation and may not be able to respond to emails immediately. If you have any urgent issues, please contact us via email support@jucoci.com, and we will do our best to respond.
