Please take some time to review our shipping policy to understand how we handle and deliver your orders.

 

Shipping:
1. All orders will come with tracking information.
2. After the product is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that the shipping status of your package has been updated. To track your order, you can confirm the shipping status based on the tracking information provided in the email.
3. The delivery time provided by the carrier is only an estimated time. Please refer to the actual delivery time.
4. If you order multiple items, partial delivery may occur if there is no stock available.
5. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate. We will do our utmost to ensure that the order is delivered. 
6. If your goods suffer any loss or damage during the shipping process, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to provide you with appropriate solutions.
7. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of any changes using the detailed information you provided during the ordering process.
8. We reserve the right to choose the designated shipping company. If you need to know the exact location of the package, please contact the carrier directly. We can only provide you with information that can be obtained through the tracking number. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
 

Address change:
Once an order is placed, the fulfillment process automatically begins, so order details cannot be adjusted at any time, including changes to the shipping address.
If you need to make changes to the address or other information on your order, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of placing the order and we will provide a solution.
 

Goods acceptance:
You will need to sign for the goods. Before signing, you must inspect the goods for any obvious defects or damage. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us of any defects within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to return the goods, please refer to our return policy for more details.
 

International Customs Fees:

Due to the possibility of tariffs or import taxes on international orders, fees are primarily determined by the regulations of the relevant country/region. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

All fees are to be paid by the customer upon delivery of the order. If you refuse to pay these fees, your package may be abandoned. We will not be liable for any financial losses incurred as a result.
Orders cannot be returned to the sender.
Invoices will be sent along with your goods to customs for product and fee identification.
We cannot mark international orders as gifts to bypass or reduce any customs fees; this is considered illegal behavior.

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service email at support@jucoci.com as soon as possible. We will verify whether the order has been dispatched to the warehouse. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will intercept it and initiate the refund process. If the order has been dispatched to the warehouse, we will intercept the shipment and suspend the outbound operation. If the interception is successful, it will enter the refund process. After a successful refund, the order will be changed to the "transaction closed" status. If the refund fails, the order status will be displayed based on the specific situation. Please note that if the interception of shipment fails and the goods have been shipped, the order will be processed according to the normal shipping process, and we cannot intercept orders that are already in transit.
 

China Warehouse:

Our main warehouse is located in Shantou, Guangdong, China, and most of our orders are also packed and shipped from this warehouse.

Please note:
1.Due to product weight, inventory, and other factors, shipping options and delivery times may not apply to individual products.
2. Order processing time: Orders are usually processed within 2 to 3 working days. If you place your order after 2:00 PM (PT), processing time will start on the next date; if you place your order after 2:00 PM (PT) on Friday, processing time will start on Monday. ​
3. Normally, after the customer places an order, the warehouse will ship the goods within 2-3 working days. During warehouse holidays/busy periods (such as Spring Festival holiday/Black Friday/Christmas), shipping time may be delayed.
4. Carrier processing time: After processing, the carrier will take over. For timeliness, please refer to the timeliness in the freight option.
5. Under normal circumstances, customers will receive the package within 7-12 days after shipment. However, special circumstances that may occur in international transportation (such as airline delays/package loss/weather and other force majeure factors) may cause order delivery delays.

This term does not apply to wholesale orders.
 

American Warehouse:
All US orders with corresponding inventory will be shipped by express from our warehouse in the United States.
Order processing hours are Sunday-Friday 9:00-2:00 (PT). Orders placed on a day off or holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery time after shipment is approximately 3-4 business days depending on your location.
