Please take note of our return and exchange policy:
(1) If the package is damaged during transit, resulting in product damage, please provide photos of the product's outer packaging for verification.
(2) If you receive damaged items or encounter missing accessories, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for replacements or other necessary actions promptly.
(3) In case of lost or misdelivered packages, please promptly contact your local courier company to confirm the situation and then reach out to us. We will actively assist in resolving the issue.
(4) Within 30 days of receiving the goods, defective accessories part can be replaced free of charge. If there are serious quality issues with the product, customers can contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the package to request a refund.
(5)Since our shipping warehouse changes from time to time, we currently do not support the exchange policy.
Please take note that our policy does not apply to the following situations:
(1) Items not sold by our store.
(2) Items that have been used, show signs of wear and tear, or where the product structure has been altered or damaged.
(3)Outer packaging damage incurred during transportation that does not affect the normal use of the actual product.
(4) Any quality issues resulting from abnormal customer use or storage practices.
