Please take note of our return and exchange policy:
1. Inspect Upon Receipt
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. Any issues, including damage or missing items, must be reported to our customer service within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for assistance. Clear photos or videos are required as proof.
2. Damaged or Missing Items
- If the package is damaged during transit, please provide clear photos of the outer packaging and affected products. Only items returned in their original packaging and unused condition are eligible for replacement or refund.
- If accessories are missing or defective, please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange replacements or other necessary actions promptly.
3. Lost or Misdelivered Packages
- Please contact your local courier to confirm the situation, then notify us. We will actively assist in resolving the issue, but cannot be held liable for courier errors beyond our control.
4. Accessory Replacement & Refunds
- Defective accessory parts can be replaced free of charge within 30 days of receipt.
- For serious product quality issues, customers may request a refund within 7 days of receipt.
- Requests for refunds or replacements due to personal preference, assembly errors, minor cosmetic issues, or magnet strength preferences are not eligible, except as a rare exception at our discretion.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are generally not supported due to warehouse logistics. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, and do not set a precedent for other orders.
6. Items Not Covered
Our policy does not apply to the following:
- Items not sold by our store.
- Items that have been used, show signs of wear and tear, or where the product structure has been altered or damaged.
- Outer packaging damage that does not affect normal use.
- Any quality issues resulting from abnormal use or storage practices.
