About Shipping

(1)Shipping Process
Customer orders → Warehouse packaging → Overseas logistics → Customs clearance of goods → Domestic logistics

(2)Shipping Timeframe

Typically, after customer placing an order, our warehouse will ship within 7-10 business days. During warehouse holidays/busy periods (such as Chinese New Year/Black Friday/Christmas), shipping times may be delayed (estimated to ship within 15-20 days).

 

About Tax

Please note, customers will responsible for customs clearance and local taxes. For any other tax-related inquiries, please contact our customer service via email at support@jucoci.com.

 

About Order

(1)Shipping timeframe and delivery time:
In general, we will ship orders within 7-10 business days after payment. During warehouse holidays/busy periods, shipping times may be delayed.
Under normal circumstances, customers can expect to receive their packages within 7-12 days after shipping. However, unforeseen circumstances during international shipping (such as airline delays/lost packages/weather conditions) may cause delays in delivery.


(2)Address Changes for Shipping and Billing:
Once an order is successfully placed, you cannot modify the order information yourself. Please contact our customer service via email at support@jucoci.com, and we will cancel your order for you. You can then place a new order with the correct information.


(3)Order Cancellation:
Please note that customers cannot cancel the order after payment yourself. If necessary, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of placing the order and specify the reason for cancellation. We will make every effort to intercept and cancel the order, but due to our fast processing/packaging and shipping speed, interception may fail.


(4)Non-receipt of Goods:

If you have not received your goods after 20 days, please contact our customer service or your local courier company for confirmation.

Receipt of Damaged Goods:

Although we take great care in packaging our products, parcels may occasionally be damaged during transportation. If you discover damaged goods, please send the order number, photos of the outer packaging, etc., to support@jucoci.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue and give you a satisfactory solution.
