The trays and the carrier are good quality but lots of companies well them for around the same price.

However I was very impressed with the customer service from Jucoci. I usually get the large trays but accidentally bought the medium trays last time. Someone reached out to make sure I actually wanted the smaller tray. I did not and they held my order until the larger trays were back in stock.

I made a mistake and they could have just charged me and sent me what I ordered. The fact that they doubled checked really impressed me

The case is very good with a lot of space inside. Its bulky and sturdy outside protecting evrything inside too. And in my opinion the best selling point is that you can build it in under 5 minutes with almost no effort. As the trays are really good, you can add magnets to your miniatures and they are going nowhere.

Really great product for your minatures

I ordered the wrong size trays. Totally my fault. I contacted their customer support and offered to send back the trays and exchange them for the correct size. For cost reasons, all they asked is I pay shipping and they would send me out the correct trays. I had the replacement within just a couple of days. Jucoci really takes care of its customers.
