I ordered the wrong size trays. Totally my fault. I contacted their customer support and offered to send back the trays and exchange them for the correct size. For cost reasons, all they asked is I pay shipping and they would send me out the correct trays. I had the replacement within just a couple of days. Jucoci really takes care of its customers.

Inquiried about item which was out of stock. Their customer support advised the item was no longer stocked due to no sales, however they would check their warehouse. They found the last of their stock for me and helped me place order for it. Items were recieved quickly. Great experience, very happy to purchase from them.

These are infact the exact same size trays as what came with the large.

The information above would have you believe this is plastic, it's not. Full metal, 10"W x 13 7/8th" (maybe closer to 15/16th). Ignore the clown bots, these are the same trays you get in the big carrier box. These are great with some earth magnets, hold well (more magnets for bigger models). EXACTLY what I need to build my own box (for cheaper).

Selling these separately from the case, allows gamers with multiple armies to swap them out quickly and easily.
