This fits together easily and is almost perfect. I love this case, so I bought the larger size as well and extra trays.

I ordered 3 of these for Xmas. One had functional lights. The other two seemingly did not. Did some troubleshooting and found that the issue was the battery holder. You can remove it with a screwdriver, ensure the terminals are clicked in place, and put it back in. Should resolve most electrical issues people are reporting.

Overall a good product. Well made and there are no concerns transporting my models or sometimes the painting supplies as well. The only issue I have is the light strip. For a short LED strip it uses 8 AA batteries (IIRC). Maybe mine were old, but they seemed like they didn't last long. I wonder if there was an alternative battery type or something that would be more efficient.
Other than that I would buy it again, maybe the large size since the bigger models like transports take up a decent amount of height in the medium (but you can fit tons of small models, multiple combat patrols w/o an issue.)
