Announcement: Compensation for Part Of Amazon Orders (Feb - July 2024)

We greatly value your trust and support for our products.
Recently, we have received feedback from some customers and through investigation, we discovered that some large-sized miniature storage cases (JC-Plastic Storage Case-01) sold on Amazon from February 2024 to July 2024 experienced issues with the tray falling out.
We sincerely apologize for this event, as each miniature takes a lot of effort and time from the creator, representing the result of hard work., and such an incident is truly disappointing.
ISSUE ANALYSIS:
After a detailed investigation, we confirmed that the main cause of the tray falling out was insufficient cleaning of the mold line of some cases during the manufacturing process. This led to the side walls of the cases warping over time, affecting the stability of the middle tray and causing it to fall.
PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT MEASURES:
To resolve this issue, we have made the following adjustments to the production process of the 01 model case:
1. Enhanced Mold Line Cleaning: We have intensified the cleaning of the mold line along the door edges and added additional inspection procedures.
2. Side Panel Improvements(4 mm): The teeth on both side panels have been extended by 2 mm to improve the stability of the tray.
3. Spacing Adjustment: The spacing of the teeth on both side panels has been reduced to increase resistance to tray sliding, thereby enhancing overall stability.
COMPENSATION PLAN:
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and would like to offer the new case as compensation. You may choose one of the following options:
1. Upgraded version of the improved Large Size Miniatures Carrying Storage Case.
2. Large Size Miniatures Carrying Storage Case With Light.
PROCEDURE:
To process your request faster, please provide the following information to our customer support: support@jucoci.com
1.Amazon Order Invoice:
- Log into the Amazon website
- Go to your orders page
- Click on the invoice link below the order number
- Select "Download" at the top of the order summary to save the invoice
2. Video and Pictures of the Problematic Product:
-Please carefully relocate any miniature models from the case before filming to avoid damage.
-Use other items to simulate the weight of the miniature models on the tray and check if the tray functions correctly by opening/closing the case.
-If you have any prior videos or pictures showing the tray falling out, you can also provide those for our review.
3. Shipping Address and Phone Number:
Please provide your most up-to-date shipping address and phone number. After the above verification, we will send the compensation package via UPS/FedEx courier service.
Due to the holiday season, all compensation requests will be processed after October 7, and you will receive a tracking number within five business days after shipment.
